wich carb will be best?

im planning to buy a new carb for my challenger 1970!
i have a 440 with a comp cam 292h
906heads i think?
a torker 2 intake
i dont know enything else about the engine!
i have been recomended to buy a demon!
a tip anyone?

That is a big cam for stock heads so I hope they have been ported and fitted with big valves?

If so you want something in the 850cfm size. It they are stock heads a 750 will do.

It really does not matter what make the carb is. They all do the same thing. Some are easier to fiddle with but if you know nothing about tuning anyway it will not make much difference.

Any carb you fit will need some tuning to get right. Don't expect anything to work 100% right out of the box. A good manufacturer should be able to sell you something ballpark going from the exact spec of your engine.
