Happy New Year

Postby JJ » 31 Dec 2004 18:40

Happy New Year to everybody.
I did not post so much in the board here the last year, I will try to post some more again in 2005.

Did I miss something important in the meantime ?

Well as an antipodean, I can offer you a true New Years greeting and be one of the first to do so.
We're enjoying a relatively mild day (only 36C or about 95F) clear skies, gentle breeze and a great day to rumble along the highway for an afternoon drink at the local.
Hope that 2005 is less eventful than last year. I still have a couple of friends missing in Thailand after that terrible earthquake and tidal wave. Hope all you folks in the rest of the world are okay, warm and not too hungover.
Cheers from sunny Australia...Roger & family

Well I am not hung over! Mainly because I only had one small drink.

These days my wife Diana sings in the areas Working Mens Clubs (an old Northern England institution) so that is what we were doing last night. She got them all up dancing and enjoying themselves while I did my bit working the backing tracks and sound mixer. We then rushed home at Midnight and went straight to a party but as I was driving I couldn't have a drink..... :tears:

Got home at 4:30 this morning :sleepy: and then she is singing again tonight. No rest for the wicked. :wink2:

2004 has been a good year for us (even though the Chally broke) and if 2005 is only half as good I will be happy with that.

I hope you all have a good one too. :s017: :s026: :s019:

Happy New Year to all of you Challenger folks out there. I now have the R/T SE back from the paint shop and will begin assembling it as soon as the *@&^#%$ rain lets up so I can uncover it and get to work on it. I hope to have it ready for the Spring Fling in April.

Happy New Year from Estonia too!

2004...hmmm....still haven't got a chance to sit in a Challeger. I hope 2005 will bring that pleasure :blushes:
But 2004 wasn't so bad afterall. At least I saw it.
