8 3/4 shaft bearing

Postby yaro » 24 Jun 2004 11:11

Hi,
i have a question about 8 3/4 shaft bearing - i have to replace them and I want to install new Mopar Performance set described as a
"Specifically designed by Green Ball Bearing to eliminate the production bearing retainers and axle end play adjusters. Each set contains two axle shaft bearings, two bearing retainer sleeves, two axle shaft seals and two axle flange gaskets."
Do you have any experience with them and do you have any tips...

This swap was done by previous owner, so I can’t tell you the whole truth. But I think that wiring is from small block with extended connection to distributor.

A little off the original topic but the original harness will work fine. You can see how I did it here;
