I normally try to get the wife to eat her meals in the shed! Save the dining room for parts!

A few of us own the movie. The question is is it pink or red? It sure is not white! Not unless you are even more colour blind than me!

I think it was originally a red that faded.

Movie Challenger

Postby Kowal » 13 Nov 2004 12:23

Here is an old one for you. The first Smokey and the Bandit was on TV the other day. There is a 72 to 74 Challenger that you can see in one of the highway scenes.

It actually answers the question elsewhere on the message board regarding the color of the rear taillight panel (silver).

The old movies are sometimes great fun to see what cars show up.

Guys, check this link. A bunch of them Challengers represented in movies and tv-series shown in a row. Click the pics to view more info and which role the car had in the movie.

You can search for any brand or model you'd like at this page. Cool. :P

movie cars

Postby Kelly » 06 Aug 2006 3:19

Remember the movie "Drop Zone"? An all-white hemi R/T(gee, who are they paying an homage to!?) makes a cameo in that film.

I have seen the Overhaulin' Challenger up close. One of my buddies from the mopar club I was in worked on that car. That thing is fantastic!
