Passenger Qtr.-window fix

Postby Doug444UT » 08 Dec 2003 15:49

Well, I rolled the passenger qtr.-window down and now it won't roll up. Figure I've got a bad track or some such. Do I need to remove the back seat to remove the interior side panel to access the window mechanism? That's what it looks like to me, but I haven't really spent much time on it yet. Any advice/pointers would be welcome. By the way, the interior is quite new, so I don't want to trash anything.

Remove the back seat. It is in the way of everything you are trying to get at.

It is a pain on some cars to push the seat back enough to lift it off the clips that hold it but usually it is no big deal and the seat back is just held on with two screws. 5mins and the complete seat is out of the way (and out of harms way).

Had a feeling that would be the case, but better to have it gone and not in danger of a rip. Thanks.
