Line 13: Security Levels to allow over-riding of above settings.
   The Line MUST start with a ";" or the first security level will be
   lost.  This is due to a bug in the door library routines.
   All of the levels are separated by a semi-colon.
   If you don't want these security levels to be able ot over-ride at 
   any given hour, put an "A" in that time slot in the proper day line.
