v1.4 -- Upgrade

 - The SAVESCRN functions was causing a great pain with my file flagging
   program as such we had to move it to the place it should have been in the
   first place.

v1.3 -- Upgrade

 - Found the DATA.??? file was not working as it should so it's been removed
   for now until we can find a way to get around the problem.
 - External PROMPTS.[language] file now exists so that you may configure the
   program more.

v1.2 -- Enhancements
 
 - Added a DATA.??? where ??? is the node number. The program will now remember
   if you turned of the page sound for that particular node and that particular
   user. It will remain ineffect until another user logs on and pages you. So
   if a user trys to page you today and you turn off the sound the sound will
   remain off until you turn it back on for him or another user logs on and
   pages you. If no one logs on and pages you when he logs on again and starts
   paging again there still will be no sound.

 - Added the option of a STATUS parameter to show the user what the status
   of the SysOp is (available/unavailable)
 - External PROMTPS file
 - Better sounding page, no more standard BEEP
 - Ability to turn page sound off
 - Times are now definable by the hour. Totally ignores what's in PCBOARD.DAT
   since that only allows a start/stop time
 - Display file if system operator not available for chat (i.e. before user
   gets to enter a comment if they so choose)
 - List of users who are allowed to overide the page times
