v1.0 Ripped version from my matrix. Added a couple of options and 
	     btw. I'm making this a seperate packages (matrix users don't 
	     worry I'll keep adding new versions to the matrix too) due
	     to a number of requests from sysops who didn't want the matrix
	     shit included.
	     Added daily time setup through PAGE.TIM (set line 8 of PAGE.CFG
	     to YES to use PAGE.TIM, otherwise the normal pcboard.dat time
	     is used).
