Line 1: token 1: # of logon prompts defined (GRAPH\PAGE#).
        token 2: # of sysop unavailable displays or emergency password display
	         files (GRAPH\PGNO# and GRAPH\EMER#).
Line 2: token 1-2: (X,Y) coordinate where to display the paging sysop 
                   string. Note that there has to be a free line below this
		   to show the paging characters (dots or so, see PAGE.CFG)
        token 3-5: (X,Y) coordinate of the user name prompt, and color.
        token 6-8: (X,Y) coordinate of page reason prompt, and color.
