LINE 1: The ammount of BYTES a user gets when he writes a 1liner
        0 for no bytes-reward

LINE 2: The ammount of time a user gets when he writes a 1liner
        0 for no time-reward

LINE 3: The ammount of FILES a user gets when he writes a 1liner
        0 for no files-reward
        
LINE 4: Here u define the color a 1-liner gets when the user didn't change
        his color.Put 'RANDOM' for random colors (without '' ofcourse!)
        if you don't use random,then use @X-codes for color

LINE 5: C = Center 1-Liners
        L = Allign 1-liners to left
        R = Allign 1-liners to right
        RANDOM = Surprise,Surprise, what would happen now????? :))

LINE 6: The level needed to nuke. If a user has a level greater or eaqual
        than this one , he can nuke 1liners.(look in the .DOC for more info 
        about nuking a 1liners). I suggest you put this level to sysop or 
        cosysop level, so that not everybody can nuke a 1liner...

LINE 7: The maximum ammount of 1LiNeRs a user can write PER call
        0 for unlimited [wouldn't do that ya know heeheh :)) ]

LINE 8: Log use of 1liner [Y]es of [N]o

LINE 9: Default startup choice:  1= Add 1LiNeR
                                 2= Who Wrote What
                                 3= Nuke 1LiNeR
                                 4= Quit/Continue Logon

LINE 10: Conference Number were you want the nuke-message to be saved
