This is PuNC first actual release.. the whole idea of the group is pretty 
 lame.. we will release just about anything that a member made. Personally 
 i think this is a half-decent idea since many things don't actually have 
 a group for them. Many of you 7<-RaD people may think this very lame.. i 
 don't really care.. 

 If you have any talent at all.. and want to join for one reason or another
 file out punc.app.. and you'll probably be accepted.. 

 This ppe is made by Stepson.. it's pretty configurable just change the stuff 
 in the .CNF file.. and if you can't install it, you shouldn't be running PCB
 You should really change the ansi because it pretty much sucks.. i made it 
 in like a minute..
