ECHO This PPE was designed primarily for PCBoard FIDO TYPE NET Hosts and Hubs
ECHO that RECEIVE Complete NODELISTS in .ARC compression with a "A" as the 1st
ECHO character of the file extention in addition to a .TIC file.
ECHO The PPE Will send the .TIC as a message to ALL in your NET In an conference
ECHO you select in the kasatic1.CFG.
ECHO then Send the NODELIST to specific nodes/Hubs/Host IN your NET as
ECHO Defined in kasatic1.CFG
ECHO Then delete the .TIC
ECHO Then Uncompress the NODELIST with PKXARC.COM  to a path defined in kasatic1.CFG
ECHO Then Compile the NODELIST With PCBNLC.EXE
ECHO ALL FROM ONE (01) SINGLE EVENT. install TIC.BAT(Sample Event) as an event in
ECHO PCBSETUP. be sure to edit it to suit your system.
ECHO I run the event daily
ECHO since i'm never sure when a new NODELIST is comming.

ECHO that way when it comes it's forwarded to my hubs and processed before i
ECHO even know it came in. pretty slick eh?
ECHO i made the .cfg file 1
ECHO 000 times more simple than any other utility of this
ECHO type i've ever seen. and i've tried out a shit load of em. most of the time
ECHO they lost me with the word simple. then had a 1000 line cfg file to setup.
ECHO ALL files Go into the same directory .EXE and .ppe and .CFG
ECHO the same .CFG is used for both the .EXE AND .PPE
ECHO THIS .CFG file has 9+ entries the plus part is up to you. the first 8 are
ECHO mandatory  and should be setup simular to the sample that has full line by line
ECHO destructions.
ECHO THE compressed NODELIST is left at where it came in and is up to you
ECHO to move elsewhere after it's been shipped out to hubs 
ECHO nodes.

ECHO be processed twice. i create a .dat file during processing to prevent
ECHO duplication. if you accidentally delete kasatic1.DAT in your IN directory
ECHO that's OK i'll create a new one the next time the EVENT RUNS.

ECHO IF Your recieve monthly INFO PACKETS IN .ZIP Compression and EXTENTION
ECHO kasatic1.PPE will mail it out to nodes
ECHO hubs the same way it does the
ECHO nodelist.
ECHO I'VE included sample .TIC files for you to experiment with the .PPE INCASE
ECHO You don't have the layout to know where i get info from.
