ECHO 1st make sure PSA(5) Statistics is installed. if it isn't
ECHO program will tell you and stop operating. which means run
ECHO the included GETSPEED bat file from DOS after putting a .bat
ECHO extention on it. plus change the path info in the file.
ECHO To test it.
ECHO If it runs your almost done.
ECHO 2nd. Assuming you put your path info in GETSPEED move that file
ECHO to your PCB directory and go into PCBSETUP and add the event
ECHO GETSPEED.
ECHO 3rd Now you did the hard part put the .ppe and .ans file together
ECHO in the directory you specified in GETSPEED.
ECHO 4th ADD the Bulletin GETSPEED.BLT to your bulletin list in PCBSETUP
ECHO it's generated to the directory you put the .ppe in
