This is the file explaining all the rules  to be followed if you want to stay a
member of TLY(COD):

First off all, if you apply make sure you include a  piece  of  code  WITH  the
source,  so  I  can  see  your  abbility  as coder.  If you don't want to share
sources with me, or refuse to help other members in need of help, FUCK YOU!  We
want to have dedicated members, and under dedicated I mean the following...When
you become a member of TLY(COD), and you  live in Belgium, you HAVE to call the
Coding HQ at LEAST once a week, just to let me know if you are coding anything,
and to stay in contact with the group, so that you are aware of ANY changes  or
newsfiles ,activities,etc...organised by Triloxy.
If  you  have  coded something, and you need beta-testers, just call one of the
Triloxy board, they should normally be very helpfull.
All the beta's of you program  should  be  uploaded  at the Coding HQ, so I can
comment your program, and  maybe  give  you  some  ideas.   YOU  NEVER  release
something  on  your  own, ALLWAYS upload a final version of your program at the
Coding HQ, and I will take care of all the rest!
If you think logging into the board once a week is to much, you can always hook
yourself into the Triloxy Mail Network.  For more info about this network, just
read the TRILOXY.NET file.
This is about it...If you think you can't follow these SIMPLE rules, don't even
bother to apply...We don't want inactive members,  sow,  from  the  moment  you
apply  you have ONE MONTH to show us what you can do...

If you have any questions regarding these rules, feel free to ask...If you live
outside  Belgium,  and  you  want  to  code  for  TLY(COD),  we  will make some
arangements that are the best for you...
