■ what this is.
  this is a replacement for the lame pcboard read prompt. much nicer
  than the confusing read prompt clueless users get after reading
  messages.
 
■ requirements.
  this is coded using pplc 3.30, so you need at  pcboard 15.3 to
  run this ppe.
 
■ installation.
  unzip this file into desired directory, then edit your pcbtext file
  prompt 425 with !c:\pathtoppe\tlr_rd10.ppe.
 
■ epilogue.
  this is uncrippled and backdoor free. coders who use backdoors are
  assholes, and should be sought out. this ppe wont manipulate and
  files or rewrite data. it runs fine for me using pcboard 15.3. i
  am not responsible if you are clueless and you trash your system
  installing this ppe.
