Expect many changes in The Internet E-mail Address Book(c).  We are
currently undergoing heavy changes in this program.  As of version 4.0
the name will be changing to INTERNET CITY.  Some features expected to
be implemented are:

-Multiple Address Books (configurable)

-Ability to Read E-mail

-Ability to Send E-mail directly (without having to use the address book)

-Graphical Adjustments

In the near future please look for the file name INTCITxx.ZIP  The 'xx'
being the current version number.  Please e-mail me on any suggestions
as to features that should be added to this program!  I will ofcourse
give credit where credit is due for the ideas that are used.  (Free
