    @X0Flist  @X09->  @X03or @X0Fl @X03lists those lines to quote from again...

    @X0F1-n7  @X09->  @X03a @X0Fn @X03*anywhere* and the quotedname won't be added after the lines.
 @X0Fm1-3 m5  @X09->  @X03a @X0Fm @X03*anywhere* will place the quotedname there.

               The name of the user you quotes from will be auto added,
                       and any existing AutoMessageSignatures will be used,
                                 so you don't have to quote the name (if any)...@X07
