; Line #1    The DEFAULT dictionary when a language specific dictionary
;            can not be found or is not configured.  Note: .DBF extension

; Line #3    List of security levels that can spell check *any* message.
;            PCB Spell normally will only let the author to Spell Check
;            his/her message.   Any security level listed on this line
;            will not be included in the check.  Note: Security levels

; Line #4    List of security levels that are allowed to *add* words to
;            the permanant dictionary.  Use this with caution as twit
;            users may add undesirable words to the dictionary that can
;            then be displayed to other users when the check their
