            NO-YES  = Do not attach HEADR but do attach FOOTR.

└─────────  Default number of days to include in  a search.  This setting
 will keep your  new users from selecting  "N" with the  default last file
 scan  date of 01-01-80.  Example:   By setting  this to "90"  your  users
 will have  a default  Last File  Scan Date of 90 days  before  today *if*
 their Last File Scan Date is older than 90 days. Valid entries are from 1
 to 9999.

 security level is lower than this they will not have access to  the  NET
 Commands Menu.

 that is entered here.

 specific  NEWS  files  (example: NEWS45)  exist at the path QWKScan WILL
 place this in the callers QWK packet instead of the basenamed NEWS file.
