Problem:   Intermittent problems with MsgTag

Solution:  Fix the intermittent bugs :)  No, seriously, continued work
           on the code and testing by Garry Shum, has squashed all
           (known) bugs in MsgTag.


Problem:   Kill and Recover will not delete ranges of messages.

Solution:  Fix the code so ranges are also deleted when not stacking
           them with the kill or recover command (k <return> 10-20)

Problem:   Message tagging MORE prompt appearing instead of PCB
           stock MORE prompt.

Solution:  Change PCBText #424 and #613 to:

                    !c:\pcb\ppe\qscan\qscan.ppe

Note:  You may have to change the path for your location of QSCAN.PPE
