   By providing a *complete* operational text for QWKScan you may be able to
   receive a QWKScan Registration number free of charge!

   Please follow the guidelines  listed below  to see if you can  qualify for
   FREE registration.

   A completed registration form (REGISTER.TXT) *must* still be completed and
   sent.

  To receive a QWKScan registration # FREE of charge do the following:

  (1)  Contact  me (Tim Miller) stating which operational  text language you
       would like  to create for QWKScan.   I will  then contact you stating
       whether or not this particular language  has already been created for
       QWKScan.  If it has, naturally, I will reject your request.

       QWKSCAN.DOC states all the available ways of contacting me.

  (2)  If you're are told that this particular language is  needed, complete
       the  translation.   All language  translations must  be grammatically
       correct  and  professionally  done.   All text  will  be checked  for
       correctness before your free registration number is generated.

       Languages need not be limited  to proper  languages.  In other words,
       .CAN (Canadian), .HIL (Hillbilly) are wanted as well.  However, these
       languages  must be  similar with the  corresponding  PCBTEXT for that
       language that is currently being used by many systems.

  (3)  The following files *must* be translated to your chosen language.

       All translations *must* keep QWKScan's original color and graphics.

       All translations must contain the proper extension for that language.
       (Example: ".GER" is the extension standard for the German language
       prompts)

   (4) Once you're complete, compress them (using PKZIP)  and send the  file
       directly to The Infinite Zone BBS via normal  logon (private  upload)
       -or-  crash mail to 2:2452/372.  Once  your text  has been  validated
       *AND* I have received a *COMPLETED* registration form I will generate
       your FREE registration number for QWKScan.

       Once I have received and  validated  the text I will  include them in
       the next release of  QWKScan.  Your translated language  then becomes
       part of QWKScan and *does not* give you any rights to the proceeds of
       the current or future releases of QWKScan. What I will do is acknowl-
       edge you and your BBS for helping with the development of QWKScan.
