 (*) - I had accidently made it so users who have axx level lower than the
       one in the config file to go straight to xpert.txt. this is now
       higher than lower + including.

 (+) - If either the configuration or the display file(s) are missing, it
       will create a default one.

 (+) - Much much much more configurable!

 (+) - Added the source code.
