NUV menu text configuration. Each menu defined in nuvmenus.cfg has a file
nuvmnu# (where # is the menu number) associated with it that contains the
text used by the menu.

Line 1: Hotkey string (%SEP% is replaced by the hotkey character). This
        is inserted in front of the user name.
Line 2: Number of yes/no votes string. %YES% is replaced by the # of yes votes,
        %NO% by the number of no votes. %C% is replace by the users city/
	location and %YOUR% is replaced by your current vote.
Line 3: Undecided vote string.
Line 4: Entered in the place of %YOUR% (line 2) when a user has voted
        abstain on that user
Line 5: Entered in %YOUR% when user voted YES
Line 6: Entered in %YOUR% when user voted NO
