Line 1: token 1: # of NUV main menus (GRAPH\NUV#)
        token 2: NUV menus window size.

	The text for each NUV main menu can be found in MNUTXT\NUVMNU#, see 
	those files for further information.
Line 2: For each NUV main menu (GRAPH\NUV#):
        (X,Y) messages coordinate
        (X,Y) start display coordinate. Note that the hotkey
	      (defined in NUVMNU) is inserted before this coordinate, so
	      make sure there's enough room.
	(Len) Max line length. This should include the hotkey.
	(Len) User name length.
	(Len) Location/group length
	(Col) User option color
	(Col) User option hightlight color

Line 3: # of NUV voting files (GRAPH\VOTE#).

        Repeat line 4 for the # of VOTE voting files. (line 3)
Line 4: (X,Y) Coord. where to display the user messages.
	(X,Y,Col) Coord. of the user name and the color to use.
        (X,Y,Col) Coord. of the # of yes votes and the color to use.
	(X,Y,Col) Coord. of the # of no votes and the color to use.
	(X,Y,Col) Coord. and color of the Yes votes needed.
	(X,Y,Col) Coord. and color of the No votes needed.

	(X,Y,Len1,Len2,Col1,Col2) 
	         Coord. of comments display box (should be at least 3 lines
		 to allow for comments input). Length of the comments (len1) and
		 max comments that fit in the box (Len2). Color of the comments
