NUV menu text configuration. Each menu defined in nuvmenus.cfg has a file
nuvmnu# (where # is the menu number) assiciated with it that contains the
text used by the menu.
Line 1: Hotkey string (%SEP% is replaced by the hotkey character). This
is inserted in front of the user name
Line 2: Number of yes/no votes string. %YES% is replaced by the # of yes votes,
%NO% by the number of no votes.
Line 3: Undecided vote string.
