This is the default infoform menu text. You can create seperate layouts
for each menu by creating FRMMNU#, where # is the menu number, that file will
then override this default text. The layout for those files is the same as
this one.

Line 1 : The hotkey string. '%SEP%' is replaced by the hotkey character.
         This line is shown before the infoform menu option.
Line 2 : Infoform is mandatory indicator string, displayed after the
         infoform menu option.
Line 3 : Infoform is mandatory and filled out indicator string, displayed 
         after the infoform menu option.
Line 4 : Infoform is not mandatory indicator string, displayed 
         after the infoform menu option.
Line 5 : Infoform is not mandatory and filled out indicator string, displayed 
         after the infoform menu option.
Line 6+: The infoform menu options. As much as defined in infoform.cfg
