■ what this is.
  this is a full screen upload ppe. features include:

             - built in blind upload capability
             - configurable prompt positions
             - bitchin' display file (upload.pcb)
             - scans dlpath.lst for dupe checking
             - private/public upload compatability
             - cool "fading" effect on some prompts
             - looks and works great
             
■ requirements.
  this is coded using pplc 3.30, so you need pcboard 15.3 to run
  this ppe.
 
■ installation.
  unzip this file into desired directory, then use pcbsetup to edit
  your cmd.lst and add this ppe as your u and ub commands. edit the
  upload.cfg file to reflect your settings.

■ epilogue.
  this is uncrippled and backdoor free. coders who use backdoors are
  assholes, and should be sought out. this ppe wont manipulate 
  files or rewrite data. it runs fine for me using pcboard 15.3. i
  am not responsible if you are clueless and you trash your system
  installing this ppe.
