  ║@X0F Welcome to the NEWFLAG.PPE!  This program is a replacement for the      @X01║
  ║@X0F PCBoard File listings, it allows easier Flagging of files, and a more   @X01║
  ║@X0F friendly interface.                                                     @X01║

  ║@X0F Here are the keys you can use while inside of NEWFLAG:                  @X01║

  ║ @X09 @X0Fand@X09 @X0F: Use the Up and Down arrow keys on your keyboard to select a    @X01║
  ║@X0F          file on your screen (The file will then be highlighted with    @X01║
  ║@X0F          black on white text)                                           @X01║
  ║ @X09Spacebar@X0F: Use the Spacebar to flag a file that is currently highlighted @X01║
  ║@X0F           on your screen.  The file will then have a @X8E√@X0F charicter after  @X01║
  ║@X0F           it on the screen.  You may also press spacebar again to Unflag@X01║
  ║@X0F           the file.                                                     @X01║
  ║ @X09V@X0F: Press V when you have a Archive file selected (.ZIP/.ARJ/.ARC) to    @X01║
  ║@X0F    view the names of the files inside of the archive.                   @X01║
  ║ @X09N@X0F: Press N to view the next page of file listings.                      @X01║
  ║@X09 Q@X0F: Press Q to quit back to the file listings prompt.                    @X01║
