If you live in the U.S. you may mail this registration form to either
address listed below. However, by using "Address 1" you only need to
place a standard 32 cent stamp on the envelope. "Address 2" *must* be
used by everyone else.
If you are not familiar with "PSC BOX" addresses don't let this stop you
from registering. "Address 1" is essentially a NEW YORK, U.S.A. address.
Once your letter is routed to NEW YORK it will be picked up by the U.S.
Military and forwarded to Germany. Normally, mail is received within
3-5 days. "Address 2" is a worldwide address (a raw european address)
