  @X0C/A  @X0EAction Words. @X0FAction words are either a word or phrase that can be sent
      to the other users in chat. An Action word may be about a user or show
      an action you are doing to a user. Action words can NOT be made private.
      here is some examples of action words and there phrases:
 
        @X0C HIT     @X0F@X0EPhantom HIT Joey the great !!!
 
         @X0CIS FUNY !!      @X0EPhantom IS FUNNY !!!

  @X0C/1  @X0EChange Channels.  @X0FChannels are like chat areas. There are 1-999
      channels. You may only chat with other users who are in your channel.
 
  @X0C/2  @X0EMake a channel Private or Public. @X0FEach channel can be
      made PUBLIC or PRIVATE. Once a channel is made private no other
      users can join it, until it is made public. The first user to
      enter a channel gets OPS, this is the only person who can make the
      channel PRIVATE or PUBLIC. Also note channel #1 can not be made
      PRIVATE. If a user who has ops on a channel leaves the channel that
      user will loose @X0EOPS @X0Fon the channel he just left.
 
  @X0C/3  @X0EChange your chat handle, @X0FYou can change your chat handle at any time.
      When you change your chat handle you will be announced as your new chat
      handle and that you have just entered the channel.

  @X0C/4  @X0EINVITE A NODE TO CHAT. @X0FYou can invite another user on the bbs into
      chat. The user will be sent a msg. stating you wish to chat with
      them.
 
  @X0C/5  @X0ESEND A PRIVATE MSG. @X0FTO A USER. You can send a short Message or MSG.
      to a user in chat. This MSg. will only be seen by that user. Note
      the user must be in chat.
 
  @X0C/6  @X0EClear the screen.
 
  @X0C/7  @X0EOptions menu. @X0FThis menu is used to run other external programs like
      profiles and so on.
 
 @X0AOPS @X0E@X0FThis is given to the first user who enters a channel, or to a user who
     has been opped @X0A( given ops ) @X0Fby the first user to enter the channel.
     You must have @X0AOPS @X0Fto access the @X0AOPS MENU @X0Fand or to make the channel
@X0E     private @X0For @X0Epublic@X0F. Note that as soon as the user who has @X0AOPS @X0Flogs out of
     chat or changes channels he then looses @X0AOPS @X0Fon that channel.
     Unless someone @X0AOPS @X0Fhim when he comes back into @X0Fthe channel.
