to Upgrade ROMDOOR V3.XX to V4.0X
        1:  BACKUP..   (this has been tested on several systems
                        without corruption,  but  why be the FIRST)

        2:  Have a cold-one, your 99% done
        3:  unzip ROMD40X.zip into your ROMDOOR Directory
        4:  type  "UPDROM 30TO40"
	5: Edit MAKEROMS path to your New Wildcat Dir
        6:  Your Done..
            you are now WC 4.0 compatible, can support 250 cd's
            do global security updates.
            automaticly import in file descriptions.  etc..

To UPGRADE from ROMDOOR V4.XX to V4.04
	copy over all the EXE's and HLP files. 
	(do not over write any DAT files.)
	Except RDTEXT.DAT  ((unless you have Modified it))
