CHANGED: .CNF files no longer support comment lines in between data lines,
         thus GREATLY improving processing speed upon PPE loading.  It was
         cool, but just took too long :)
CHANGED: 1LINER.* is now ONELINER.*
ADDED:   WELCOME.xxx screens, displayed either randomly or sequentially.
FIXED:   SLogoff now properly logs the user off, before it was always
         reporting "User off abnormally" in the CALLERx log.
FIXED:   When (BR)oadcasting logon message to other nodes, it will now first
         check if other users are transferring files, or are otherwise
         unable to receive a message, before one is sent.
CHANGED: The caller's name and node number can be placed via the @OPTEXT@
         macro in SLOGON.CNF for the (BR) function.
ADDED:   The order of each "component" ie. welcome screens, stat screens,
         last callers, automessage, oneliners, and external ppe can be
         ordered any way you wish.  See SLOGON.CNF for more details.
CHANGED: Indentation on the SUBMITTED BY: line is no longer hardcoded.
         Indent as much or as little as you like in the .CNF file.
ADDED:   Ordering of components in SLOGOFF just like as in SLOGON.
ADDED:   A few extra (configurable) lines of text when entering a comment
         to the sysop at logoff, to make it look more like a true message
         editor.
CHANGED: Subject of LOGOFF COMMENT is no longer hardcoded.
ADDED:   External PPE in Slogoff.  Most likely use would be for a time bank
         I would imagine.
ADDED:   All YES/NO questions in SLOGON/SLOGOFF are now via light-bars.
ADDED:   Replacement codes for the last few callers, giving better control
         over the format of the display file.
ADDED:   Oneliners and Callers are now logged to *.LOG files.
ADDED:   When entering a Oneliner, @X codes are processed just like in
         PCBEDIT..  the code disappears, and the color changes on the fly.
         Now you can have 70+ char oneliners with as many color codes as you
         want.

FIXED:   Could not disable Turbo Login feature.
FIXED:   YES to turbo login functioned erratically if sysop was on locally.
FIXED:   Could not disable One Liners.
CHANGED: GSZ was required in the PPEPATH, now it can be anywhere in your DOS
         path.
ADDED:   If user leaves a MESSAGE TO NEXT CALLER, it is now logged in the
         CALLERx file.
FIXED:   Spacing when broadcasting USER HAS LOGGED ON to all nodes.
ADDED:   Configureable Bullet char for (BR)oadcast feature.
CHANGED: SUBMITTED BY in the one liners are now indented for clarity.

         properly.
