This maybe a rumors ppe or something else that will be
executed before the prompt is displayed. If you are not
using an external ppe, this should be set to NONE.
* Ex. C:\PCB\PPE\RUMORS\RUMORS.PPE
Line 16: The prompt used to question the user if they would like to
display the RUMORS or whatever external PPE you have set up
to run.
* Ex. Would you like to display rumors?
Line 17-18: The X and Y coordinate for where the "Working ..." and
"Would you like to display rumors?" text is displayed.
