               ie: NEW8  (This would be assuming you also have news files
                          NEWS2,NEWS3,NEWS4,NEWS5,NEWS6,NEWS7)


   Each of these news files are individual news items, that will be displayed
   individually, one after another.  The FIRST file that will be displayed to
   the user will be the LAST NEWS ENTRY, in the example above (NEWS8).  That
   way, you can keep adding news, simply by creating a new NEWS file.  Again
   in this example, your next news file would be NEWS9.

   You would then, after creating NEWS9, change the LAST news item number to
   a 9.
