@X0F     includes the NETMAIL areas (i.e. DNET, FIDONET, etc).  While most mail
     areas offer the option  to send PRIVATE messages, you should be warned
     that NO mail area or message that you send should be considered totaly
     private or secure, even encrypted messages can be read by others.  You
     should never send a message that you definately do not want others  to
     read.
