Line 1: BBS Name
Line 2: SysOp Name
Line 3: Hello Message, This is displayed when you first enter chat as if the
	Sysop had typed it.  You can use the Vareables %SYSOP and %BBS% whitch
	will be replaced with the Sysop name and the BBS name.  Also, you can
	add spaces to the end of the string by typing in ~ (The key to the
	left of the 1 and above the Tab on most keyboards).
Line 4: (Registered Only) The Deviding line between the	Sysop's and the
	user's text.
Line 5: Registration Number (Registering will remove annoying Delay when
	exiting chat and allow you to use line 4)
