      Enhanced WHO allows you to see who is currently online.  The SysOp
      has the ability to configure what is allowed to be shown during the
      display.  Typically, the user name, their city, and their current
      activity status is shown.

      You may use the arrow keys to move the lightbar up or down to
      select another node.  Once a node is selected, you have several
      options thereafter.

      Selecting "O" for the Online Message will automatically pick the
      highlighted node.  You will then only be queried for the text to
      send to that node.

      If the sysop has configured EWHO to do so, hitting return on a
      node which has a user online will display the user's information:
