Line 1:
Token 1: Day of the week to start weekly bulletins at
(0=sunday, 1=monday, etc)
Token 2: Yes to send a message to ALL with the weekly bulletin at the
end of the week.
Token 3: Conference to mail weekly messages to.
Token 4: YES to award the weekly top uploader with a percentage of
his weekly uploaded bytes.
Token 5: If token 2 was yes this gives the precentage of the uploaded
bytes to add to his credits. Also the file WEEKMSG will be
sent to him indicating his award.
Token 6: Character to use in between the numbers in the weekly
and monthly bulletins (sorry for putting it here, but
it will prevent more .cfg reading).
Line 2:
