Initial version of YASCC. Split screen chatter with defineable boxes, colors,
macros, word-wrap.

■ C - Sysop can now also abort user help.
■ A - Beeping at users, sysop only (Unless alarm is on)
■ A - Chat Logging with CTRL-L (sysop only).
■ A - Quiet mode when you need to shut up the user (CTRL-Q).
■ A - Added a option to give the chatter time back to the user. You can also
      toggle this from the chatter (CTRL-T)
■ A - Sysop status line. Currently this shows the LOG, MACRO and TIMEBACK
      toggle status
■ A - ESC option for the user.
■ C - If the chatter was started without loading the macros and the sysop
      uses CTRL-O instead of doing nothing the macros will be loaded and
      ready for use in this session.
■ A - User editor function (CTRL-E) for use with your favourite user editor.
■ F - Stupid error was showing the sysop status line to the user at startup.
■ A - Macro list functions for sysop and user (CTRL-V)
■ A - Added the names of the chatters to the display (minor addition wouldn't
      you say :)
■ C - Made the full screen viewer much faster. Esc also doesn't quit the 
      viewer anymore so ansi screens are no problem anymore, use '/s' at the
      start of a line to stop the viewer.
■ F - CTRL-R would not redraw the sysop names.
■ A - Started to work on support for a  non-rectangular chat area, not 
      finished yet as it's a pain in the A** :)..
■ A - Added UP/DOWN/LEFT/RIGHT movement to the sysop and user chat areas.
■ A - '/DEBUG' as an option to the chatter will also type anything the sysop
      types in the user window, this is very usefull to test any new chat
      arae designs you're making.
■ A - Default log selection at startup (chat.cfg, line 5, token 4), thanks
      to Drew for this one.
■ F - In cases where the smart scrolling wasn't really necessary but used 
      anyway the scrolling could get confused as to which line to start at.
■ A - ENTER now also expands a possible macro (Drewian change :).
■ F - It seems ctrl-l pressed at the user side has some unwanted effects,
      filtered out (thanks to Drew for this one once again).
■ F - Forgot to include FVIEW in the initial 1.0 package, thanks to drew for
      reporting this once again.
■ A - Ctrl-k is now captured and the screen is reset automatically.
■ F - Time returned was not always correct.
■ F - Backspace sometimes wouldn't print the correct color.
