Line 1: Token 1: Lines in the sysop chat-box. (sysop.cdt = sysop coord. file)
        Token 2: Number of lines to redraw on a scroll (when the sysop
	         reaches the last chat box line)
        (X,Y)  : Sysop name coordinate. Note that this is the end coordinate
	         the name string will be printed in front of this.
        (X)    : (Optional) Make this Y to use smart scrolling. This is 
	         only necessary if you don't use a rectangular box as a
		 chat area and the lines in the upper regoin of the chat
		 area are shorter than the lower ones, when scrolling in
		 this case the lines goint upwards won't fit entirely and
		 might mess up the display.
Line 2: Token 1: Lines in the user chat-box. (user.cdt = user coord. file)
        Token 2: Number of lines to redraw on a scroll (when the user

        (X,Y)  : User name coordinate. Note that this is the end coordinate
	         the name string will be printed in front of this.
        (X)    : (Optional) See line one.
Line 3: Token 1: Sysop text color.
        Token 2: Sysop macro color.
	Token 3: Sysop window background color (needed to correctly clear
	         windows etc).
Line 4: User text color.
Line 5: Token 1: Y to use macros. If you don't use macros make this N, this
                 will speed up the loading of the chatter. You can toggle the
		 macro usage from inside the chatter (CTRL-O).
        Token 2: Y to give the user back the time he was in the chatter.
	         This can be toggled anytime from inside the chatter (CTRL-T)
        Token 3: Y to allow the user to exit the chat with ESC.
	Token 4: Y to turn the chat capture on at startup (this too can be
	         toggled from inside the chatter with CTRL-L).
Line 6: Token 1: Y to show the user some status information when the sysop
                 is executing specific functions (like viewing help, using the
		 user editor, Quiet mode is on etc etc)
	Token 2 & 3: Show the user information at these coordinates.
	Token 4: Color to use when displaying the user info.
Line 7: Token 1: Sysop status line. This shows the status of various toggles
                 to the sysop only on this line.
        Token 2: Color to use for the items in the sysop status line.
Line 8: Initial line shown in the sysop window.
Line 9: User editor (CTRL-E). If you don't want this make this line empty
Line 10: Sysop name.
Line 11: User name (replacement line).
