Line 1:Registration Code
Line 2: This line defines what type of matrix appears to the caller.  Your
        options include:
               Lightbar:  For the Lightbar Matrix
                    DOS:  For a DOS Matrix
                 Random:  The PPE randomnly chooses in between a DOS and a
                          Lightbar Matrix.
Line 3: The system password.  If you specify NONE here, then no system pass
        is used.
Line 4: The New User Password.  Same thing applys to this as the syspass.
Line 5: Turbo-Login Key
Line 6: The number of welcome screens you have.
Line 7+: The file names of the welcome screens you wish to be displayed.
< The rest are numbered correctly if you only have one welcome screen >
Line 8: The command used in DOS to login.
Line 9: The command used in DOS to check for access.
Line 10: The command used in DOS to apply for access.
Line 11: The command used in DOS to leave feedback.
Line 12: The command used in DOS to logoff.
Line 13-17: Text displayed in the lightbar matrices.
Line 18: Use External PPE #1.
Line 19: Text for the Lightbar if it is used.
Line 20: Command for DOS if it is used.
Line 21: Full pathname/filename of the PPE to execute.
Line 22: Use External PPE #2.
Line 23: Text for the Lightbar if it is used.
Line 24: Command for DOS if it is used.
Line 25: Full pathname/filename of the PPE to execute.
