                            Release Note

  PR-New File Scan Lets Your User See If There Is any new files since
  their last logon/Dirlist and they have the opertunety to list them..

  It checks the Date on the dir list files and the date the user last
  looked in the dir.. if the date on dir list is greater than the user
  last date, then tell the user that the list is updated..


                                Install

     Install It somwhere in your logon files or in pcbtext..

      Prompt 665 (Scan For New Bulletins) in Pcbtext can Be used..
      (If You are going to use it, then remember to turn on scan for
      bulletins in pcbsetup)

          1. Make a file named 655 (or whatever you want)
          2. Edit this File To Look Like This

                    !c:\pcb\ppe\pr-nfs1.ppe
                    Scan For New Bulletins...

             Nb! Remember to use a editor that can make the end of file
                 right after 'Scan for..'  editors like PCBEDIT
                 EDIT, Q-EDIT can not to this.. I use Bingo Editor.
                 If u don't have a editor that can do this.. You can use
                 This In dos

               Copy Con 665                  'Hit Enter
               !c:\pcb\ppe\pr-nfs1.ppe       ' ---||---
               Scan For New Bulletins...     'Hit F6 And Then Enter

               Try to Use type On the file, now there should be no space
               between the prompt and the text..
