Fatures in Logoff matrix v2.o (+ added to this version)

All the old fatures has been re-written in this version..
If you use PWA's **** or PR-BBS Add (that will soon be released)
you can write the path to the dbf file in the logdbf20.cfg file
and set 2 on line 27 in logoff20.cfg file (see there for more info)
then it will pick a random add from there and display it to the
user..
or you can use random files in a directory, make a add for every
add you want to use and put in the dir you have set it to be, or
nice ansis whatever you want.. remember to set line 27 in
logoff20.cfg to 1.
The ppe will give the user a choice if there are flagged files for
download, 1 he can download the flagged files at once or he can
skip them..
in the main menu the user us lightbar to select 4 options
1 comment to next user, here the user can write a msg to the next
user that logsoff, he can use his real name or be anonymous,
color codes & macros are allowed..
2 enter comment to sysOp, user can enter up to 20 lines in this
editor, (updated since last and looks much greater)
3 pick a random add, user will be displayed a random add/picture
from Dbf file or a file, i depends on what you have configure it
to do..
4 back to bbs or [ESC], in case s/he changed mind..

Goto line 665
Write : %C:\path_to_ppe\665
you can also install anyware you want, the above was just an
example ..
