NEWS PPE V2.0 - CODED BY TICKER [GNX]

INTRODUCTION
────────────
Well, it looks really shitty when you just display news in an ascii file,
so I thought I'd write a nice PPE with cool special effects... so, I wrote
this one. You can only have only one page of news, but that should be enough.

INSTALLATION
────────────
Add this PPE wherever you want. I'd personally add it to the NEWS command,
so this pops up instead of that shitty ASCII file :) Or, if you want to,
you can add it to your logon proceedure or bulletins.

That's it! If you can't do that, then tie your shoelace to the ceiling and
attach it to your lame neck ;)

CONFIGURATION
─────────────
All you have to do is edit the NEWS.PCB file to your liking. The NEWS.PCB
file contains what news you'd like to display to the callers... it's just
that easy!
WARNING: Do NOT make it longer than 75 columns and 20 rows, or something
very weird will happen (although I don't know what it is) !!!!!!

HISTORY

Version 1:
- Oops, missed one little thing... would display the PAUSE string in the
middle of displaying the special effects!

Verision 1.1:
- BUG FIXED!!!!!

REGISTRATION

This is a REGISTER FREE PPE! Just cause I'm so nice :) Anyways, all I want
you to do is leave me some mail, with any suggestions or comments, and
lemme make some more additions! Or, leave me flame mail, saying you hate
it, and for me never to release another PPE :)
