Description:
Line 1 - Header (DON'T MODIFY!)
Line 2 - Location of PCBTEST.BAT (usially PCBoard system directory)
Line 3 - Location of PK[UN]ZIP.EXE
Line 4 - Enable or disable log (Y/N)
Line 5 - Extensions of unwanted archive types ("." - delimiter)
Line 6 - Action if user uploaded file with extension, defined in Line 5 or if
         uploaded file too old:
         N - No action
         H - Disconnect 
         K - Kill the bastard! (delete from userlist)
         D - Decrease his access level
Line 7 - How many access will be subtracted (if Line 6 set to "D")
Line 8 - Location/name of ZIP comment, or N for none
Line 9 - Location/name of file, contents of which will be added to existing
         FILE_ID.DIZ in archive, or N for none
Line 10 -Location(s)/name(s) of your BBS Ad(s), or N for none
Line 11 -Lowest allowed date of uploads (MM-DD-YY), or highest number of days
         (allow ... - days wares).
Line 12 -Location/name of file which contains unwanted words in FILE_ID.DIZ
         (lines in FILE_ID.DIZ which contain these words will be deleted),
         N to disable this action.
Line 13 -Enable or disable adding of PASSTHRU file. PASSTHRU file is an ASCii
         file which contains line like "File UT.ZIP was uploaded by Lars Ulrich
         at 15:03 (November 26, 1994) [Node 3]". 
Line 14 -Location/Name of BBS Ad file. This file will be added to the PASSTHRU
         file.
Line 15 -Format of PASSTHRU file:
         "1" - "This file was uploaded at <time> (<date>) [Node <node>]"
         "2" - "File <filename> was uploaded at <time> (<date>) [Node <node>]"
         "3" - "File <filename> was uploaded by <uploader> at <time> (<date>)
                [Node <node>]";
Line 16 -Path to UT Temporary Directory (MUST BE EMPTY!)
Line 17 -Path to PKZIP Temporary Directory
