Description:
Line 1 - Header (DON'T MODIFY!)
Line 2 - Starting time to allow to page (00:00 - Disable).
Line 3 - Ending time to allow to page (00:00 - Disable).
Line 4 - Location/name of trashcan file. This file contains the list of
         users that won't be able to page SysGod.
Line 5 - Path/name of ur MOD/VOC/whatever player/pager.
Line 6 - Parameters to be passed to program, defined in Line 5.
Line 7 - How many times program, defined in Line 5 can be executed before
         end of paging.
