In this version of SKW I put some more little things, like the display
of transferred filenames on other nodes... and some other stuff...
just check it yourself... perhaps one day I'll put some realtime shit...

I> As usual, make a separate directory (maybe \PCB\PPE\WHO)
II> Now extract the package in this dir.
You will be able to choose between a simple non-fielded display
and a Separated display mode.
Simply try some color/look combinations.
III> Now, edit the file WHO.CFG and modify it. All the corresponding
lines are explained, BTW, it's not TOO difficult I think...
You can now replace all the stats messages, the colors, and there
is even a special configurable color for the Sysop!
The random-display routine is working very simply, just see
the CFG file [All is explained there...]
You can always disable the header by creating a 0-byte WHO1.TOP file.
PS: My random-routine suxx, but who cares...

IV> Then edit the different language files [i.e. HEADER.FRE etc...]
to meet your multilanguages needs... [French exemple file included]
In version 1.3 has also been added the independent display of the
Header and Footers... Put whatever you want in the footers, coz the
mention 'Coded by etc...' is now Hardcoded... hehe...
The new 'H' switch was implemented, to show 'Handling Mail' when you're
Screwing with QWK's...
The TB_Q_PPE Support is now 100% functionning.
I dont think it's very useful but after many requests I implemented it.
Naturally you can change the color codes before the 'Using:' message...
You can also let messages appear when the nodes are waiting for caller,
the messages will take place just next to the 'Awaiting a Ring' message.
You can use them to display phonenumbers, modem brands etc...
