PCBFILES.LST Lite version creator.

This program  takes  a  standard PCboard
PCBFILES.LST and creates a one line  per
file version of the listing.  If the 1st
line  of  the file listing only contains
graphics, i/e  it  does  not contain any
valid  alpha  numeric  characters,  then
this line is  discarded,  and  the  next
line  of  the  description  is used.  If
this line contains non valid characters,
then  this  line   is  discarded.   This
continues until a valid line is found.
