USERNET.EXE -- Utility that you can use with 
the 2, 10, 100, 250, and 1000 user version 
of PCBoard.  Allows you to change the 
contents of USERNET.DAT such as user names, 
cities and other things.  Useful for events, 
broadcasting messages to users, etc.
