The User Name was "In Use on Another Node"  (number of the node is indicated
in the message header).   The  UserNet.xxx File PPL was run and has removed
their User information from the UserNet.xxx File.   You might want to check
the Node specific Log File  for any reason why they might not have been able
to previously sucessfully logoff the system. You may still need to reboot the
computer in case the node has become hung due to hardware problems.
